Is there any way for those of us that downloaded directly from the App store to get the free characters offered at the following link?

The wording on the page seems ambiguous, is everyone getting the characters this week or only installs via the link?

    Unfortunately the free gift is a specific promotional offer but we will have numerous opportunities to get free gifts to everyone in the future.

    Those that initially installed the game through the link will receive their gift sometime 7 days from install.  The gift will show up in their in-game inbox.
