M20 exclusives not in M20 packs

The M20 exclusives (titans) don't appear to be in the m20 packs (booster, super, premium) in the vault. Would expect they drop in the packs the moment of the rotation. They are craftable as expected though.

    I noted the same in the prerelease notes thread. Hope they add them soon enough.

    Fixed - looks like someone snuck these in overnight! Go hog-wild on those M20 packs y’all. I had 20 saved and no dice, hope others out there have better luck!
