Fblthp event reward sequence change?

Up until now the fblthp event rotated a new reward out every 2 weeks, but now, with the exclusive spell custom art, is it down to one?

    Oh ok, I didn't have the purchasable spell that was available last week in my vault, so that's what made me wonder
