Chart a course does not use up raided [Investigating]

    Chart a Course still does makes you discard, regardless of whether you Raided or not.

    The card, shows the Raid animation recognizing that you Raided, but you still have to discard when its played.

    A good example of this is when used in conjunction with Avaricious Dragon.
