Transformable cards (werewolves) disappear from the battlefield when returned from the graveyard

The issue comes from casting The Eldest Reborn Saga against werewolves.

When I chose to return a werewolf from my opponent's graveyard, the transformed side of the card would be in my hand and the human form would be on the field.

The werewolf card would disappear from the battlefield if I cast Behold the beyond, thereby discarding the transformed side from my hand.

Also, if I "cast" the transformed side into the battlefield, then the human side flipped, the card would also disappear from the battlefield.

    A similar issue happened when I played Eldest Reborn against Startled Awake.
    I ended up with the flipped side of the card (Persistent Nightmare) in my hand after Eldest Reborn saga completed chapter 3.
    I exiled Persistent Nightmare from my hand just in case.
