Alhammaret's Archive kind of broken? [Investigating]

I decided to try out Alhammaret's Archive with Ob again figuring the bug with it was fixed.  And it kind of is!  But kind of isn't.

Basically, every time you draw a card you draw 2 cards instead, but you only trigger on draw effects once.

So every turn with Ob's ult out I drew 2 cards but only dealt 8 damage.  If I could only draw 1 card it still dealt 8 damage, and if I drew 4 cards (with the second draw trigger from a Clue token) it dealt 8 damage twice.

Is this intentional, or is this still a bug?  @Oktagon_Daiane @Tombstone please confirm one way or the other (I'm fine with it if it is intentional, but just want to know either way)

    This shouldn't be intentional. So it's still broken? Kind of embarrassing.

    @Tombstone this was still bugged in this weekend's RtO.

    Any update on a fix?
