Black Panther (Civil War) targeting bug. [Investigating]

I have searched and checked the bug list and didn't see this one brought up.

When Black Panther targets an enemy with Panther's Prey, the unit position is made the target of the attack instead of the character chosen, in battles with more than 3 characters in a wave. I've tested it multiple times in The Big Enchilada. It is easily exploitable for extra damage on many units with one use of the power. Targeting the first character and defeating them causes the character who replaces them to become the target. The increased damage continues for every enemy that fills this position, until the position cannot be filled by a new incoming character, then the tile deletes itself as usual.
