Haphazard Bombardment will not fizzle out while a Vanguard is in play. [Investigating]

If I don't have a support removal in my hand, i just let HB fizzle out.
HB will stay in play as long as a vanguard support is on the field.
Since HB cannot effect vanguard supports it will not kill itself.
