At what level does Gideon Blackblade get lvl 4 Ultimate Ability?

I've found a lot of information on what the lvl 4 version of the last ability does, just not at what level it is awarded.  Does anyone know?

    @FindingHeart8 - Doesn’t it usually happen around level 55-57?

    sorry can’t recall at this time, but it is in that ballpark.

    I thought they all got the level 4 ab3 at level 60

    @FindingHeart8Gideon Blackblade's third ability, Oathsworn, reaches Level 4 at Planeswalker Level 60.

    @Tremayne I think you might be thinking of his second ability, On Justice's Path, which reaches Level 4 at Planeswalker Level 56.

    Usually it is, yes.  But sometimes their last level or two is a mana bonus.

    I don't want his final ability so I needed to know when to stop leveling lol

    My mistake, I thought Beserker didn't kick in until level 4, disappointed to see it at lvl 3
