No rotation on elite packs [Investigating]

I  am aware that a similar topic has been closed recently because it was solved, but my issue looks slightly different so I'll report it anyway.

While other players couldn't see any EP those last days, i still had 4 EP available in the vault. However the 2 following inconsistencies make me think there's a problem.

1) i do not have timers anymore on the EPs.

2) the EPs didnt rotate when they were supposed to (that would be Tuesday for me).

I wonder if it has something to do with VIP status, or is it something else?
