Civil War event can't proceed.

Am I the only one who can't carry on the mission for the current story event? After finishing the first round earlier today, I can't finish the next round after the boss. Everything is locked even after round 2.

    Depending on the issue, force quit + restart sometimes helps reset node state to a proper point.
