    I know the feeling. One of my tickets is two weeks old with no reply. Perhaps they are just busy managing more pressing concerns at the moment between working with Apple over the iOS patch and the comm link disruption errors people are running into. I know a few weeks ago I got a very polite response only hours after I submitted my ticket.
