Buggy BoFT [Fixed in 3.3]

If the developers added in a single, small ad pane somewhere in the app, would that give you guys enough revenue to actually fix these bugs? I end up reporting at least 4 or 5 bugs per week through the app and usually some on this forum and yet they never get fixed! Is the development team understaffed? Because if it helps you guys hire a few more developers to fix these bugs I would begrudgingly endure an ad pane or two.
