After so many characters that have released so far, I think in order for character to be more interesting, it will be good if the character abilities based on the idea listed below:
Ability that
Increase countdown timer (friendly/enemies)
So far only Bagman and 2* Black Widow can do this. As countdown tile creation is a big part of the game, we should have more characters from other tiers with this kind of ability
Decrease countdown timer (enemies)
We have ability that decrease countdown friendly timer but why not enemies on as there are characters that benefit more from countdown that last longer on the board.
Punish enemy when they matched charged tile
As charged tiles can benefit both yourself and enemies, it will be good to have passive that deter enemies from matching the charged tiles. For example, Lockjaw’s yellow abilities can be reworked to have this ability added to his yellow so that at least its green can work with his yellow passive.
Stop passive for X turns
With so many passive power running around, the only way to stop passive power from activating is using stun. I was thinking will it be a good idea to have someway to stop passive without stun. However, it may also be overpowered, especially when used against boss thus may need some condition to activate or something. Maybe let it only have 50% chances of activating at the start of the battle for 1 turn or something?
Does damage equal to % of damage deal to the user
Maybe a Hulk should be rework to have this ability as as Hulk get damaged, he get angrier and as he get angrier, he become stronger and deal more damage.
Punish enemies for their countdown/repeater tiles on board
Maybe deal damage x number of countdown tiles or when enemies’ countdown/repeater tick to 0 or tick down, deal certain number of damage
Confuse enemies by messing with the ability activation
When you use this ability, whenever enemies fire a power, the power will not fire but rather fire another power at random or not fire any power at all, or damage enemies themselves.
Use enemies' ability/take control of their ability/countdown tiles
Use by character that have mind-control ability. Moonstone used to have ability that take control of countdown tiles. Will be interesting to bring them back in a certain way. Maybe make the ability/countdown stolen/took control to be random so as not to be overpowered.
