Teferi's T3 ability not working in Node 1.3?

This was quite odd...
Playing node 3.1 with Teferi, I was able to deploy the Exile support but yet when I was able to draw cards (in a couple cases using Day's Undoing) none of the AI's creatures were exiled and no mana drain occurred.
Anyone else see this? I'm wondering if this isn't yet another lovely support bug for this event.
