Hi Everyone,

At 12pm EST on December 13th, we will be debuting a new Story event called Sinister 600. Sinister 600 is an Alliance event that takes you into and across the Spider-Verse. Take on harder locations to clear tougher score targets and earn better rewards!

Norman Osborn has joined forces with villains from across the multiverse to unleash the Sinister 600 on our heroes. Team up with familiar and strange allies to take them down!

Locations are grouped by difficulty - Easy (Green), Medium (Yellow), Hard (Orange), and Deadly (Red). Completing the mission grants access to the location in that difficulty. Missions in these difficulty ranges will rotate each day.

The more people who play in a difficulty, the better chances you have at getting the top reward. From the Sinister 600 chapter, you will be able to see how many players have selected a mission. You will also be able to see the chapter information (including the rewards) before selecting the mission.

Event Details

Domino black and Nebula red. Both characters I've not fully covered and both colours I have maxed >_<

That aside, I assume this will function like the previous one. Pile everyone into Deadly and try to split people in half evenly to get the top rewards, otherwise you can't gain enugh points.

    Not surprising, gutted the rewards.

For the deadly node, is there only 1 node or does that open up into 2 once you are in it?  So a little different than last time.

How is it that, for rewards, red iso is at a great amount, but regular iso is a pittance? Come on now. Get your **** together ffs

Similar, but I'd still say it's a different event entirely. Different art design, different storyline, different enemies, etc.

Is it going to be those specific covers each day in the sub-chapters or will colors rotate?

Does this mean if we play the deadly chapters every day, we will get 4 red nebula covers?

A regular LT in the vault and not a Big Bads LT?

<Edit> Looked at description under the Kingpin announcement. Token rewards here conflict with the token rewards in that post. Which is correct?

You can get one BBad token from individual progression.  So the Kingpin post is kind of correct, you just can’t get more than 1 from play. You could use your 25 CP to buy in the store.

The "Boss" events give two, so long as the Alliance clears the event, but normal PVE just gives one.  If the points are similar to "Places of Power, " then two 4* covers per day are possible which is... pretty darn good.  Not as good as two LTs per day, I suppose, but definitely will help you cover Nebula...

@Brigby is the buff list going to be normal weekly buff list or will there be a special buff list for the event?

If this is like Places of Power, then these level brackets overestimate the difficulty.
Yes, the nodes did hit the quoted levels, but only after you'd exhausted their points and there was no incentive to continue playing.  So I suspect the effective maximum levels will be 15-25 levels lower than expressed here.

Plot twist. This is actually a basketball event and Samuel L Jackson will be quoting dialogue from Coach Carter instead of Nick Fury before each match.

It seems like we are playing as Villains instead of Heroes?

seconded. i'd bet it's a different color every day, but confirmation would be nice.

i'd also like a preview of the sub-chapters, for planning. iirc, the major feedback points of places of power were:
    1. yay, new event!
    2. yay, no timers!
    3. yay, great rewards!
    4. boo, lacking early info means alliances missed out because they couldn't plan ahead.

looks like they kept 1 and 2, which is good, but nerfed 3 to oblivion and kept 4, which is not.
