Murder Investigation Crashes?

Just wondering if anybody else has any crashes related to murder investigation triggering.

Had two crashes recently when the murder investigation triggered, but under different circumstances.

The most recent one that just happened about 10 minutes ago was when a graveblade marauder was eating a 1/1 defender, and the game crashed right before the soldier from murder investigation spawned. I wonder if the game is crashing because it's trying to apply the deathblow to a unit that doesn't exist anymore, or if it's trying to apply the deathblow to a unit that has not spawned yet?

       I cant say if this bug has never been fixed or if it's back but i just had to leave a frozen game in HOD because of it.
       When the 1/1 soldier spawning appeared in enhanced format in the middle of the screen when murder investigation triggered, it remained here and locked the game instead of joining the creatures board.
