Referral Code bug?

So, my girlfriend and I have been playing this game for a few days. She used my referral code and got the social card, but I didn't get one card back. So I created a dummy acc on PC, went thought the tutorial and use my code, I got the social card on the dummy acc, but not on my main acc.

Am I doing something wrong, or this is a bug on my acc?

    @Gilgalad This is a known issue with the referral system at the moment. If you contact Customer Support they can ensure that you are credited for the referral.
