Chandra’s ignition and hexproof

While Chandra’s Ignition will cast and effect hexproof creatures if there is at least one non-hexproof creature on the opponent’s board, it won’t cast if there are only hexproof creatures out.

Sort of defeats the purpose.

That's an issue with all non-targeted spells and hexproof.  Hexproof has become complete spell immunity.  Its being looked at.

Also part of the issue is you can no longer target your own Hexproof creatures (remember when that was done on purpose for a bit?)

They're not immune to board wipe.. But they prevent it from casting if there is not at least one not hexproof target.

Yes, had I known, I would’ve cast the first, then frogged the scary second creature, then cast the second Chandra’s Ignition.
