See this multiple times. I don't think it is intended this way...correct me if I'm wrong.

Jaya's 3rd Ability is active. support is on the battlefield.
When I draw a spell it gains full mana and I get a copy...this is all good and working. 

So why cannot i not cast that fully charged spell in the same turn??
