Add a "Requirements" info to cards

I'm sure we've all run into cards with multiple effects and sometimes only one condition needs to be met for casting and others have more (https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/74393/fraying-omnipotence-is-bugged-as-designed is what prompted this idea). How about adding a little symbol in the bottom corner of cards with requirements that has a tooltip listing required conditions for casting. I imagine it functioning exactly like the evergreen icons for defender, etc.

    I mean, I would prefer it if you didn't have random cards with hard restrictions to casting.

    But if the card is going to have it, yeah some sort of note would be best

    If they just used the word "Target" with the very specific meaning of paper it would help an awful lot...
