    Dr. Strange's blue power does not have a passive element, Lights Out does.

    It's visually similar but legally distinct. Creates a countdown that has it's own passives (well, secondary and tertiary effects at least) which do damage and destroy AP every turn. Lights Out does damage and stuns, but the AP destruction effect belongs to Widow rather than the countdown itself. So you could (in my mind) still send that active, and it would do damage with a multi-turn stun, just not destroy AP, but maybe there's a blanket restriction on moves with passives?

    At minimum, the power description still contains the passive effect text, which wouldn't happen. So they'd have to write new team-up descriptions.

    Can any of Coulson's powers be sent as team ups? all his have passive effects - what happens there? From a text formatting standpoint, the passive has a line break on it, so it could just be...not included.

    Black is definitely un-sendable. Which is too bad really, but there is a nice assurance in knowing that you will always get her yellow. It is a very useful TU.
    Once you champ some 5*s, 4* TU's are then received at max level 370. Brush Pass will give a burst of 14K+ health.
