Average per round, in seconds:

*   28s:  Surveying board
*   52s:  Making moves (includes watching results of cascades)
*   24s:  Firing powers
* 184s:  Staring in horror as Grand Entrance disables what was going to be my next move match-5, followed by many verbal tinykitties and an inevitable ending scream of "WHY, BRUCE, WHY?"

...I'm not sure there's any real way to bring that last one down.
