Electra shadow step do not make any damage [Solved, not a bug]

Everything is in the title.

Played with 4* Electra in yesterday DP burrito mission. Used Electra black power and when it was triggered, it successfully avoided damage but did not inflicted any damage to opponent. (If relevant, my Electra has 3 black covers)

  Made more investigation. It work as intended. Bug I though, was a missleading UI display when animation are off.
