Can’t bounce Eldrazi Scion tokens with Teferi’s first ability [Fixed in 2.9]

As the title suggests, using a Teferi’s first ability at Rank 1 does not allow you to target Eldrazi Scion tokens, even though they should have a mana cost of 0.

    It's not that the have cmc 0, it's that they have NO cmc.

    Enemy Teferi has no problem using his first ability on my tokens, destroying them (because tokens can’t exist in the hand). However, player Teferi can’t do the same to the AI.

    In paper MTG, tokens have a CMC of 0, and they should here too.

    Relatedly, that bounce first creature card from IXN that draws if the creature is cheap will trigger the draw on some tokens, but not others.

    Its Perilous Voyage, and I have noticed that too.  Tokens seem to have inconsistent CMC with each other.
