PVP Reform: * Level Tiers Proposal

In the basic Shield PVP it would be nice to have 5 different and separate tiers(Tiers explained below).  I think this would add a lot more options for teams, preserve the usefulness of low star characters and allow the devs to create more low level characters that, with this system, would be anticipated and welcome.  Now all the devs create are 4* and 5* because most players are way beyond 1*-3*.  This would freshen up the game for the old hats allowing them to create new teams and not put so much focus on that same old 5* Gambit team they always play with.

Tier 1*:  Players can only use 1* characters
Tier 2*:  Players can only use 1* and 2* characters
Tier 3*:  Players can only use 1*, 2* and 3* characters
Tier 4*:  Players can only use 1*, 2*, 3* and 4* characters
Tier 5*:  Players can only use 1*, 2*, 3*, 4* and 5* characters

Boosts levels would have to be restricted for different tiers.

    No one cares too much about the 1-2* tiers. 

    May be better to have different essentials in pvp. The 3 nodes become, 3* loaner, 4* loaner and 5* loaner. The pvp event names may have to change, or leave it to correspond with the 3* loaner. The 4* and 5* loaners then tied into the covers given by the champion rewards. Eg, Predator & Prey becomes 3* black panther, 4* reed and 5* ??? 

    They mentioned having separate 3* and 4* events running concurrently may lead to seedy brackets. This way, the number of brackets stay the same. Just need to adjust the progress/placement rewards to also tie in with the loaners of the next event.

    Nobody caring about 1-2* is part of the point.  If there are 1-2* brackets and they expand the roster at those levels ppl would care.  Then when you get covers you don't only care about getting that one 5* you still need.  You care about everything.

    The point is, 1-3* chars don't make money.
