Race to Orazca still crashes

Race to Orazca still crashes sometimes on fight-start-up.
Opponent is shown and in transition to the gem/battlefield the
App crashes. I had this issue last time the event was run and
created a ticket which was closed !?!??
This time was a little better: had "only" 5 crashes out of 30 matches.
Am i supposed to open another ticket, only to have it closed without
anything done again? @brigby

Anybody else experiencing this? Btw: no problem with TG,  AI or story

    @ElimGarak I'm not a developer, so I'm afraid I can only relay the suggestions Customer Support would normally provide.
    1. Do you have a stable internet connection?
    2. Have you tried force closing, and restarting the application?
    3. Are you low on device memory?
    And this is my personal curiosity...are you on an older model device?

    1. Internet is very stable.
    2. Yes, multiple times. Every time a crash happens, but at least one time another crash happened immediately again.
    3. At least 2 GB to spare.

    (4.) Device is a late 2016 Model.

    Can't see anything wrong on my side :-D

    Just to reiterate: no problems with TG, AI or story, there have been crashes in Battle of the four tribes, however

    Hmm I see. Are you on an Android or iOS device?

    In addition, do you notice the crash occurring only when you're using a specific Planeswalker, or if your opponent is using a specific Planeswalker?

    Android device ... I had crashes all over the place, the white node however did not crash, the black node crashed twice, the other nodes
    crashed once each. I did not take note of the opponents, sorry

    I am putting this here to have it in context for you.
    Race to Orazca crashed (after the update and uninstalling and
    reinstalling the app) 4 times this week (3 crashes on the blue node,
    Saheeli vs kiora, saheeli and jace2; 1 crash on the black node, tezz2 vs lil2) _and_ 2 freezes on the white node (no hixus involved with me, but overhelming splendor in play (opponent side, not my side :-D ) both times!).
    Can you pass this along, please? And do something about it? Thx

    Just not possible to get any sort of decent results in events like that. I am coalition-leader and rather ashamed ...

    Just went through other reports ... my crashes could better be described as "bounced" out of the app ... this happens on the very beginning of a fight, you see the gem/battlefield in the background already and then puff, I get set to the "desktop". Maybe this helps to investigate

    @ElimGarak Hmm that's odd that there doesn't seem to be a commonality between each of those crashes, beyond them occurring in Race to Orazca.

    If you wouldn't mind, could you submit a support ticket describing this issue? This way, Customer Support will be able to obtain your device data, in order to relay it to the development team for a closer investigation.
