When Etali attacks sometimes he steals something, sometimes he doesn’t, sometimes the card gains full mana, sometimes it doesn’t.  Cards that are supposed to be activate gems sometimes don’t

    There's another thread about the oddities of Etali. The biggest problem is Etali makes your opponent draw then steals that card, so if your opponent's hand is full when Etali tries to steal, the card will end up on top of your deck instead of in your hand. Discard can avoid this issue, Dreamstealer in a lower spot than Etali works well. I haven't run across the activated gems problem though.
