"Cant contact alliance right now, try again later".. HELP

I have yet to be able to join an alliance and ive emailed support 3 times and they havent responded. Does anyone know why this is happening or has anyone else had this occur?? Also.. support sucks. Ive spent prob 200 on this game no not even receive a return email.

    I can search but cant join or create my own. I tried reinstalling..didnt work
