4* Carnage Update?

I noticed carnage passive is now spitting out 3 tiles per side each turn.  Is this an unannounced rebalance? Bug?  Or did I just miss rhe update?

    I think his re-balance a while back made it so 5 black covers makes 3 tiles per team each turn? I think lol.

    That’s what I’m trying to figure out, when/where was that change announced?

    That happend sometime last year , they changed him twice within a couple weeks

    Thanks aes.  I guess I’m so used to facing him in pve not at 5 covers I hadn’t notice the rebalance.
