Hixus cancels disables [Intended]

when Hixus, the prison Warren is destroyed it cancels all disables on opponent, whatever caused by itself or not.

  That's what hixus is meant to do. It's a feature, not a bug, and follows the card description

  Second paragraph says when the support is destroyed, enable all your opponent's creatures. I've found it's best not to use him if you're also using Cast Out for exactly that reason.
