Constant weekly rarity tournaments

Personally, I like the idea behind these rarity restrictive tourneys. Would be a nice Idea to have one of each rarity as a constant tournament during the week, so It would allow for more events happening.

As an example right now, it does not seem many players are full participants in the 3 star, but could have been in a 1 star tournament for a 2 star prize, or a 3 star to encourage a more active, or higher quantity, of participation.
