    just specify what you mean by merc.

    Do you want to be merced out various alliances at event end based on your pvp or pve scores?

    or are you looking for a specific type of pvp alliance and specific type of pvp play?

    There are groups that cater to all playstyles.

    Usually you can find out who's in charge of merc recruting, big room alliance chat,  specific alliance commanders if you look in the alliance section of the forums.
