Invisibility preventing "tile destruction" & other powers from firing

A Redditor posted about a recent match he had against an invisible Prof X where he was unable to use Lockjaw's "Royal Escort" powers, apparently even those which don't target an opponent, or even cause damage. He couldn't summon Black Bolt for Sonic Whisper, which apparently would have destroyed Prof X's invisi-tile in the center of the board. He couldn't summon Quake, and he couldn't summon Kamala Khan who doesn't even attack but just heals your team.

That last one especially sounds like a bug to me.

    Sounds like the skill, which has some targeted effects and some untargeted ones, always checks for a viable target regardless of the current effect.

    It was probably too complicated to have it evaluate whether or not to fire based on the current effect. Easier to set the entire ability as "single enemy target required".
