Will not load my profile!

Instead I go through the basic 3 missions and then prompted to start all over again! I'm an android user and I don't log in with my Facebook. Please help =(.

    I created a account with the same name I had already and it allowed me? What's going on?

    No joke I spent over a year on this game, I'm not willing to replay it.

    Could it be because I cleaned out unused files on my phone? I'd be so sad, please respond anyone!

    So I guess I'm screwed if nothing can be done after I get a response from the ticket I sent in? .....

    Hello. Was your account bound to Facebook ie youve logged it into there? or was it a guest account bound by the phone?
    Guest only account are only to the phone ypu are using and when you change you lose the progress. It was a floor in the beginning that never got tied off. People has to raise tickets to carry on.

    Normally id say raise a ticket and they can fix it to your new device, but im not sure support is working as intended at the mo

    Maybe try the old device... try and log it to facebook and it may fix itself, then on the new one log in via the settings tab after you did the tutorial. Unfprtunitely u have to do this each time with new devices l.

    Hi @Whammaster. I would recommend sending in a support ticket, because that way CS can properly restore your account using their various debug tools.

    IGN's are not unique. I have an alt with the same name as my main.

    As PP said, once support restores it (and this could be a long process unfortunately), please consider setting up at least a dummy Facebook account for linking. This will shorten the process if this ever happens in the future.

    And to any readers -- always have a screenshot of your "Settings" screen saved so you have your UID handy in case this happens to you.

    UID with in-game name doesn't help in my case. I had a similar lock-out on my Alt account. Customer service also request to have my card list and the history of my recent purchases. Best to have it link to a (dummy) facebook acct as a backup to save future hassles.
