Super Secret Tech active power not stealing AP

4 countdown tiles on the board, no AP change for either team. Is this happening to anyone else?

    Did you check the AP before and after firing Coulson's blue active power?

    Were the four countdowns all yours, or only some of them?  It only steals AP based on friendly countdowns.

    It may steal from more than one color of AP, so with three friendly countdowns it might be taking 3 blue, 3 Team-Up, and 1 yellow (because the enemy only had one yellow), for example.  This is generally preferable to stealing a bunch of one color when the color is randomly selected.

    I've used this power without any problems very recently.
