I don't want no scrubs...

Options
A scrub is a 1* character that I'm forced to recruit anytime I have more roster spots than current characters.  If you want me to accept them and sell them from that screen, fine.  But making the player have to scroll through the roster to find them when he or she didn't want them in the first place is a pain.

And if anyone at d3 now has that song stuck in their head, consider it penance.

I'm really confused...  I thought a scrub was a guy that can't get no love from me, hangin' out the passenger side, of his best friend's ride, trying to holla at me.

Seriously though I agree and would love to see that changed.

Not my fault if they got the lyrics wrong.

A scrub is a toon that think he's fine,
also known as a 1 star
    always taking up roster space
and just sits at the end of slots

so, no, I don't want you rostered
no. I don't wanna make you mine and
no. Don't wanna see you on there
No. Don't want none of your time

No, i don't want no scrubs,
a scrub is a toon that gets no love from me
always sitting on the right hand side
    of my roster's slide
    trying to holla at me!

Agreed, except I'd go even further.  Make it so that absolutely no characters are ever auto-recruited.  There is like a 0.0000001% chance that I'd somehow magically get a cover for someone I actually wanted to recruit when I had an open roster spot.

I was thinking one step at a time.

I have very little background with coding (some C++ and Java awhile back) and I'm not sure what their specific code language is like, but from my limited experience coding conditional code lines, I would assume it is likely harder to code specific auto-recruiting conditions than to just remove the auto-recruit coding they currently have in place.  Wouldn't it?
