4 year anniversary survey?

Has anyone else gotten a pop up asking you to tell your favorite character?  I got a pop up but no way to answer.

    Go the popup, all it asked was to pick one favorite from each of the 3*, 4*, and 5* sets.
    You have to click the link in the popup to take you to the survey, I always have to try multiple times to get those links to work. (I play on iOS).

    I pulled it up fine first click (iOS).
