Last week happens once, then it happened again today.
It said "transaction canceled" but then you can't do anything, and quitting the app and come back, you lost that freebie.
anyone else getting this problem?

This happens to me, but I suspect the pack actually gets claimed somehow during all the errors, not lost. The timer always resets when this happens. Unless I get a new card, or a card in a higher rarity that would be easy to notice, it's hard to know for sure though.0
