Drop rate of special offer awhile back still on?

 I've noticed that I've receieved a large number of dupes that correspond to the list given in a special offer by D3 awhile back stating that a pre-selected list of cards have a higher chance of being drawn.  A great offer when it occurred.  By chance did anyone turn it off? Because I'm still getting a lot of those higher Chance cards, mythics included from that list.

    It's still on. Last 6 mythics in a row are both neheb for 3 and Ramunhap Hydra for 3. The odds of such a thing happening is ridiculously high, especially with a pool of present mythics at the present low drop rate ... of that pool,  these 2 have a. 11.11% of being pulled. But if you didn't turn off the double chance to draw,  that increases the rate to 22.22% to draw the same two mythics of the mythic pool when a draw occurs. The latter result seems more likely than the initial 11.11% which statistically I should be drawing at an 89.89% for something else in the mythic pool when the chance occurs.
