Heroic 10-pack pull question

How do bonus heroes work with the 10-packs? Before my last pull, I made only Medusa my bonus, but the two bonuses that I got were Daken and The Hood (neither of which did I want or need). When I push the info button it says that I can get Medusa as a bonus. Any ideas? Thanks!

    You have Medusa selected as your 4* so if you draw a 4* w/ BH you'll get Medusa. If you draw a 3* w/BH you'll get whatever 3* you have selected.

    Since you got 3* BH you must have been drawing 3*. If you don't like the 3* BH, change them.

    To further explain, if you had no 3* selected as bonus heroes then the bonus you get are random from the entire tier. Could explain why you got Daken and Hood without wanting or needing them

    No difference from normal heroic draw. If any of the 10 cover trigger BH it will be reflected as the 11th onwards cover.
