Cannot join fateful

Anyone having the same issue?  I cannot join (android,  platinum)  fateful because something goes wrong on join. On iPhone gold I was able to join.

    I also cannot join fateful showdown. This is my first event entering at gold level, on android also. I just did a TG match to see if just doing a match would fix it but no luck, and after coming out of the match I also got another 'something went wrong' error that retry got past.
