Outage notifications

Hi, where are outages announced?  I'm in Atlanta, GA, USA, and cannot play for 20 minutes now from Android on cellular data or wifi.  

Interested to know if it's a known issue.  Thanks!

    Known issue, per Discord chat ETA of resolution is a bit after 5PM Eastern time.

    So right after s3 sub flips .... lame 
    Missed 5th and 6th clears
