Shefet monitor incorrect cycle cost [Devs Aware]

This one's not easy to pinpoint but I'm pretty sure shefet monitor has incorrect cycle cost, whether it's the text or the actual ability I'm not sure. I've had it (or other cards) charged up with 6 mana, but the cycle icon was still red.
I think it may also be off by just 1 mana... Anyone else experienced this?
