PSA: Customer Support External Contacts

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to stop by and remind everyone about Customer Support's external contact methods. We encourage everyone to use these avenues of contact, in case you are unable to access the functionality in-game, or if you haven't received an initial response within 24 - 72 hours.

In addition, if you are thinking about submitting a bug report, please take a look at our Bugs & Technical Issues section prior to sending in a ticket. For example, Customer Support and Hibernum are aware of the issues with both Jace's Mind Sculp and Liliana's Grave Mist, and this is reflected in the Bugs & Technical Issues sub-forum.

I also wanted to add to this message that if anyone has submitted a ticket to support via the game and it has been awhile since you have heard back, please try clicking on the "Contact Us" button in the game and select "Access Zendesk".  Your response from Support may be waiting for you here.  We are working on a better notification system in the game but for now, please check here first before submitting another ticket to support.
