I cycled this creature in a match just now, and it did not give me the activation gems to embalm it as it should have.

    I cycled it in a match, saw the activation gem appear, then immediately disappear.

    There's definitely a bug with this card, as it doesn't do what's on the card text

    Doesn't cycling exile? Exile does not trigger embalm.

    It states specifically on that card that when you cycle it, it goes to the graveyard instead of exile. Probably because it also has embalm. It's the only card with both key words.
