Resources sale showing on phone but not tablet (Resolved)

 Resources sale showing on phone but not tablet (both Android), several of alliance not seeing a sale at all (pc & apple).
Is the phone showing incorrectly or the tablet?

    No idea, just appeared on account over Easter bank holiday, but only on phone, presumed problem was with tablet but as i've learned that others are not seeing a sale I don't want to be accused of using an 'exploit' if I take advantage of the increased hp. (c.f. botched shield level iso roll out fiasco).
