pve scaling with a leveled up 5*

I'm in the early 4* transition stage. 4 barely champed 4*, 10 or so 4* with 9 or 10 covers (although most of them are vaulted now, so who knows how long it will take for them), all 3* champed, none close to max, and 8 5* with no more than 4 covers each. The mistake I think I made back in 2* time was that I got quite a few 5* covers pretty early, and since it was before I knew how much of a roadblock iso-8 was, if I had extra I leveled up my early 5*s. Specifically I have a 2-0-0 GG that is at level 285 and a 1-1-3 SS at level 275. Since I've now got 4 champed 4*s above 270, is GG making much difference in the scaling in PVE? Will I see lower level enemies on PVE if I sell him? Thanks.

    He is having zero effect on your scaling. Your 3*s and 4*s when boosted have more of an effect on your scaling than your GG will.

    I don't use him all that much, but he was my first 5*, so there's a kind of an emotional attachment.
