Question: Level 9 and 10 Event signup ranks

I'm not sure if anyone can answer this, but I had a question in regards to the Event Signup screen.  When you signup for a new event, you're prompted with a screen.  The highest level right now is level 8 (for ranks 52+). For a long time now, Level 9 and Level 10 have said "Coming Soon".  I was just wondering if anyone knew of any plans for those level coming soon.  Thanks for any visibility.

    No news. Waiting for "enough players that are ready to compete at that level".

    My question is what besides more CP would we see above level 8?

    The most obvious thing would be easier access to 3 and 4 star characters from event progression and more plentiful rewards from event placement.  More cp would be incredible though.
