The clues from Journal don't trigger Sram, and there is nothing to suggest they shouldn't.

    Investigate Clues are white in color. Sram only process his ability with colorless supports. Hence Tamiyo clues work correctly with Sram. Tamiyo Journal itself is colorless and will trigger Sram's ability.
